It’s a challenging task, but researchers have been working on developing systems that can do just that. Recently, scientists published a study that takes a significant step forward in this field, introducing a new approach to analyzing emotions across different communication channels.
The traditional method of sentiment analysis focuses on one type of data at a time, such as text or images. This means that the system can consider various factors, such as facial expressions, tone of voice, and language usage, to make a more informed decision about the person’s emotions.
