AI Governance in Flux: A Global Analysis of Regulatory Efforts and Challenges

As the world becomes increasingly dependent on artificial intelligence, a pressing question has emerged: how can we effectively regulate this rapidly evolving technology? A recent study has shed light on the complexities of AI regulation by introducing the CHARME2D model, which assesses the current state of AI governance across various jurisdictions.
